Anthony Thomas founded USC, which was an importer/distributor of Swiss Beauty branded cotton round pads, in Saratoga, California.
USC relocates to Rio Rancho, NM and begins to manufacture and distribute cotton balls and pads from its newly-constructed facility.
USC engineered two critical business mergers – Flawa Corporation and Lemoine Manufacturing, Inc., obtaining a second production facility in Charlotte, NC. Later in 1995, USC begins importing and distributing cotton swabs.
